The CE&M programme follows a clear concept designed to improve your command of Polish in all the language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with an emphasis on the practical use of the language, i.e. your ability to speak and to understand.

The pleasant environment and the personal attention throughout the course make  CE&M the ideal place to pursue your studies of Polish.

The course content includes grammar, functional everyday Polish, vocabulary building and pronunciation. We use a variety of different ways to study the language - presentation, discussion, problem solving, written exercises, situational Polish, course books, authentic texts, audio-cassette, story-telling. The main focus is on the speaking, listening and communication skills. Reading and writing exercises are regularly given in the form of homework.

Students can participate in tailor made cultural program. We offer a variety of activities, which give you an insight into Polish culture. Among our proposals you can find guided trips of Warsaw, evenings out at restaurants with teachers, Polish film sessions, meetings concerning present-day topics of interests and special subject (Polish history, culture, politics). For some of the activities students will pay for entrance tickets or transportation.  On Saturdays  trips outside Warsaw can be organised (e.g. Cracow, Kazimierz, Polish countryside) at a special price. We also organize cooking classes, hand-made decoupage classes.

1. General course (56 lesson units)
The classes are in the morning or in the afternoon (2 x 2 lesson units). Courses begin in October and February/March. Each lesson unit equals 45 minutes. We offer 6 levels of courses :
A1, A2 - programme for beginners, who have no knowledge of Polish. After this course student will be able to communicate in daily situations by using basic vocabulary, grammar and necessary expressions.
B1, B2 - programme for intermediate students, which is helpful to learn more complicated grammatical structures and to extend the writing, speaking and listening skills.
C1, C2 - programme for advanced students. It is a proposal for those who have solid grammatical and lexical base, who have just had some experience in speaking Polish language and who want to perfect their use of the language in a specific areas, in written work, and in phonetics.

2. One-to-one classes.
This type of course can start at any time during the year. Schedule and duration are chosen by the student. The programme of the course is decided on the basis of the student's needs and interests.

Courses are held in small groups, limited to a maximum of 8 students. This limited class size offers students individual attention and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which they learn the language.
